Η Hellenic Train  συλλέγει και επεξεργάζεται δεδομένα επιβατών στο πλαίσιο έκδοσης εισιτηρίων, τόσο στα κατά τόπους εκδοτήρια, όσο και μέσω του τηλεφωνικού της κέντρου, της ιστοσελίδας της και της σχετικής εφαρμογής της (Hellenic Train App).

Ειδικά για την αγορά εισιτηρίων μέσω της ιστοσελίδας μας (συμπεριλαμβανομένης της αγοράς μέσω του τηλεφωνικού μας κέντρου) ή μέσω της  HellenicTrain App, σημειώνεται ότι η  Hellenic Train δεν αποθηκεύει οποιαδήποτε στοιχεία πιστωτικής/χρεωστικής κάρτας χορηγείτε κατά την αγορά σας, καθώς οι πληρωμές πραγματοποιούνται μέσω ασφαλούς περιβάλλοντος τράπεζας και πάντοτε με ασφάλεια.
