Passenger Information Services (PIS)
Hellenic Train offers passengers and visitors at railway stations a range of services designed to make waiting time more comfortable and pleasant.
The company provides passengers and visitors with real-time information on train arrivals and departures through the Passenger Information Services (PIS) system, installed at the entrances and platforms of the main railway stations.
At the same time, passengers and visitors can receive updates on the latest company news, services and offers, current weather conditions, as well as important events taking place around the city, including rallies, strikes, etc.
Lockers (hand baggage)
Hellenic Train provides left luggage locker services, subject to time-based charges, in specially designated areas for passengers and visitors at the following Railway Stations:
- Athens Railway Station (operating hours: 06:00–22:00)
- Thessaloniki Railway Station (operating hours: 06:00–22:00)
- Larissa Railway Station (operating hours: 06:00–22:00)
- Patras Railway Station (operating hours: 06:00–21:00)
