Whistleblowing Procedure
Hellenic Train implements a formal, secure, and confidential procedure for submitting and handling reports related to violations of the Code of Ethics, legislation, or internal company policies.
How to submit a report:
- Via the online whistleblowing platform (preferred channel)
- Via email: cec@hellenictrain.gr
- By mail:Hellenic Train S.A., Ethics Committee, 13 Petmeza Street, Athens
- Verbally: Following a scheduled hearing by the Ethics Committee, with minutes taken and signed by the reporter.
Confidentiality & Protection
Anonymity is guaranteed, where requested, and personal data is protected.
Any form of retaliation against employees who submit reports in good faith is prohibited.
The Ethics Committee provides updates on the progress of the report within a reasonable period of time.
