The Central Greece network of Hellenic Train connects Athens with key destinations across Central Greece and Thessaly, serving both urban and regional centres.
It includes the:
- Athens – Larissa, Athens – Chalkida,
- Athens – Leianokladi lines,
- connections substituted by bus services on the Palaiopharsalos – Kalampaka, Larissa – Volos, Leianokladi – Tithorea, and Leianokladi – Stylida sections.
The network facilitates daily mobility and regional connectivity, acting as a key access corridor to Central Greece.
