Gift Card

With the Hellenic Train Gift Card, passengers can offer someone the opportunity to travel on the company’s services.

Gift Cards are available in values of €25, €50, €100 and €150 and may be accompanied by a personalized message.

The Gift Card is valid for 10 years and can be used for the purchase of tickets and multi-journey cards for domestic routes through the New Hellenic Train Ticketing Platform.

How to Purchase a Gift Card

Passengers may purchase a Gift Card through the New Ticketing Platform by selecting one of the available values and entering the recipient’s details, including name, surname and email address, together with a personalized message.

Once payment is completed, the purchaser receives a confirmation email, while the recipient receives an email containing the personalized message and all information required to use the Gift Card.

How to Use a Gift Card

Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Hellenic Train Ticketing Platform by selecting the option “Use electronic credits, bonus or Gift Card” during payment and entering the identification code and security code included in the Gift Card email.

Gift Cards may also be used at station ticket offices.

Hellenic Train Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
