The Northern Greece network of Hellenic Train connects key urban and regional destinations, covering a wide geographic area from Thessaly to the Evros region.
It includes the :
- Larissa – Thessaloniki,
- Thessaloniki – Edessa – Florina,
- Thessaloniki – Serres lines,
- Serres – Alexandroupoli connection (substituted by bus services),
- Alexandroupoli – Ormenio section.
The network supports daily mobility and intercity connections, serving as a core pillar of regional connectivity in Northern Greece.
