Integrated Ticket – Hellenic Train

Since 7 June 2023, and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/782, passengers have been offered the option to purchase an integrated ticket, designed to make journeys more comfortable and secure, particularly when connections are required.

What Is an Integrated Ticket?

An integrated ticket covers the entire journey, even when one or more connections are included. It is issued as a single transaction based on realistic transfer times.

Passengers holding an integrated ticket benefit from enhanced passenger rights in cases of delays, interruptions or missed connections, including:

re-routing on the next available service
compensation in case of delay at the final destination
support and assistance from authorized personnel
